The food pyramid diet plan is a plan which is mentioned very often.It sperates the food like a pyramid in classes waht you should eat often and what you shouls eat only a few times a week or so.This is the idea behind the food pyramid diet plan. I will go a bit further in this weight loss system.
Fats, Oils,Chocolate & Sweets: Use sparingly.
Dairy:(Milk, Yogurt, Cheese etc.) - 2 to 3 servings per day.
Vegetables like broccoli,tomatoes etc.: 3 to 5 servings per day.
(High) Proteins: (Beef, fish, pork,beans, eggs, chicken etc.) 2 to 3 servings per day.
Fruits like annanas etc.: 6 to 11 servings per day.
Grains: (Bread, cereal, brown rice, pasta,potatoes etc.) 6 to 11 servings per day.
