Weekly Diet Food Plan
A weekly diet food plan is suitable for people who can not go to the supermarket as often as they should do.This weekly plan should involve foods which can be stored for about a week without losing their freshness.Something like bananas and kiwis.Spaghetti and frozen seafood.This is what I understand as a weekls diet food plan.this kind of plan is for people living outside the cities or just workaholics like me ;). For me a weekly diet food plan is very suitable and if it is good for you try it and you can prepare a whole diet week fast and effective.The mediterranean diet food plan is not suitable for this because a lot of fresh vegetables are needed.
