Food For Diet Plan

What is the right food for diet plan?Well, at first I have to admit that there are a lot of variations out there when it comes to this point.Some diets are offering high protein foods or just fruits and vegetable which is a totaly different food for diet plan.It depends on your weight loss program and of course what you like best.If you like meat than go for low carb diet plan.There you can eat seafood,chicken,burgers etc as food for diet plan.The summer diet offers more fruits like kiwis and annanas.Go for what you like best and stick to a diet plan.You can even go with a simple day diet food plan if you only want to lose small amount of fat.
